Q. I have 15 or more away points, how can I apply?
A. You will be guaranteed a ticket, provided the ticket/s is purchased in the allotted timescale which will be advertised on the Ticket Information page of Arsenal.com.

Q. Which away fixtures will be applicable for the Europa League Cup Final?
A. For the purpose of this Europa League Cup Final, any away Premier League, Champions/Europa League, FA Cup or League Cup over the last two consecutive seasons from August 20, 2016 - May 12, 2019 excluding any Final or Semi-Final fixture played at a neutral venue during the above period.

Q. I have 15 or more away points and would like to book a ticket with a Member(s) who has 14 or below away points?
A. Unfortunately, you will not be able to book a ticket with a Member(s) who has 14 or below away points - if you wish to attend this fixture you must book your ticket in the allotted time period.

Q. I have 15 or more away points, what do I need to do prior to booking my ticket?

  • Ensure that all of your contact details are up to date as you will have the option to have your tickets sent via Special Delivery for this game to the registered address we currently hold on our ticketing system of the person making the booking. We cannot accommodate tickets being sent to an alternative address.
  • Ensure that you have collated all of the required information for each *travelling supporter in your group. This information has been requested by UEFA, failure to provide these details will result in your booking being cancelled.
  • Ensure that your password has been updated to include letters and numbers, use between 8-32 characters and it should contain at least one capital letter.
  • Ensure that all membership accounts are activated on the Online Box Office. Activating a membership will allow you to login to the Online Box Office where you can update your details, purchase tickets and renew memberships.
  • Ensure that each additional Member is assigned to your online network prior to your transaction. This will simplify the booking process if this has been done in advance.

Q. I have 15 or more away points, what information is required at the time of booking my ticket?
A. You will need to have the following information to hand in order to book your ticket(s);

  • Ensure that each additional Member is assigned to your online Network prior to your booking. Have your Platinum/Gold/Away Scheme (individual) seven digit membership number(s) to hand.
  • Know the valid password and e-mail address for the lead Member.
  • Have a valid Credit/Debit card - cards accepted are; MasterCard and Visa.
  • Ensure that all of your contact details are up to date. At the point of booking you will be given the option to select one of the following methods of delivery:
    1. Via Special Delivery - tickets will be sent to the registered address we currently hold on our ticketing system of the person making the booking. We cannot accommodate tickets being sent to an alternative address.
    2. Ticket collection at Emirates Stadium - tickets will be available to collect from the HH Box Office on allotted dates and times - details to be confirmed.

In addition to the above, the Club will randomly choose a number of supporters to collect their tickets in Baku in order to validate the information provided at the time of booking and ensure that tickets are not being passed onto third parties.

UEFA and Law Enforcement Information Required

Upon a successful booking, you will be sent an email containing a form which must be completed and returned immediately for each *travelling supporter- the information required will be;

  • The full first name and surname of the *travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket (no initials).
  • Valid Passport Number of the *travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket.
  • Date of Birth of the *travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket.
  • The nationality of the *travelling supporter
  • Travel plans for each *travelling supporter including mode of travel, arrival and departure dates and accommodation if applicable.

Please ensure that this information is completed and returned immediately. Once this information has been provided, details of the *travelling supporter CANNOT be amended under any circumstances.

Failure to provide these details will result in your booking being cancelled.

Once in receipt of their tickets, supporters are urged to keep them safe as there is NO duplicate process for this game.

*TRAVELLING SUPPORTER

We are aware that some members have more than one season ticket registered in their own name or registered in a company name. Consequently, we understand that in some cases the details on the season ticket will not be the same as the supporter travelling to the match. Therefore, the details supplied will need to be of the travelling supporter.

Please note, the information of *travelling supporters will also be shared with the Metropolitan Police prior to the match in order to maintain the safety and security of all.

 

Q. How can I check how many away fixtures I have attended?
A. You can view your away match attendances in the Account History section of your online account click here.

Q. I have 14 or below away points, how can I apply?
A. You will be required to complete an online registration of interest to purchase a ticket within the allotted time period.

To simplify the registration process Members can apply in groups of up to 10.

Q. I do not have access to a computer how do I register?
A. Please call the relevant Customer Helpline.

Q. What is the maximum number of Members allowed to register per application?
A. A maximum of 10 valid Members per application (including lead Member).

Q. How many tickets am I entitled to apply for?
A. Platinum/Gold Members can register for one ticket per valid membership.

Q. I am a Season Ticket holder and an Away Scheme Member how many tickets can I apply for?
A. Our database of supporter memberships will be de-duplicated therefore supporters who hold both will only be eligible for one ticket.

Q. I have submitted a registration of interest for a number of Members, if our registration is successful does this guarantee that the seats will be positioned together?
A. No, this process will simply advise which supporters are successful and will be given the opportunity to purchase a ticket online only. If successful with your registration, you can request that all your seats are together when making the booking, however whilst every effort will be made to ensure that seats are located together, it will not be possible to guarantee this as seats requested may not match the configuration of available seating.

Q. If my registration(s) is successful is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase per booking online or by phone.
A. Yes, applications are limited to one ticket per successful Member, up to a maximum of 10 tickets per booking on behalf of other Members.

Q. If successful what information will I need in order to book tickets?
A. If successful you will need the following information to purchase your match ticket for each successful applicant:

Q. How and when will I know if my registration has been successful?
A. Information regarding possible further sales and ballot details will be available from approximately 5pm Tuesday, May 14, 2019 on the Ticket Information page of Arsenal.com.

Q. Can I select a specific seat(s) at the time of booking?
A. When booking online, seats are issued on a best available basis.

Q. My address details have changed since I submitted my registration of interest. What can I do?
A. Before you book your tickets, please ensure that your contact details are up to date as we cannot guarantee that any amendments can be done after a booking is complete.

Q. Can I cancel my registration of interest that has already been submitted?
A. Please call the relevant Customer Helpline.

Q. If I am successful with my registration of interest, what credit/debit cards are accepted when booking tickets by phone or online?
A. MasterCard and Visa are the only cards accepted for this service.

Q. What are the ticket prices and booking charges for this service?
A. Ticket prices and booking charges will be announced via Arsenal.com in due course.

Q. I am a Silver Member/ Junior Gunner Member/Red Member/Travel Club Member can I apply?
A. Due to the expected levels of demand from Platinum/Gold and Away Scheme Members, it is unlikely that any tickets will remain.

Q. I am a Purple Member can I apply?
A. Due to the expected levels of demand from Platinum/Gold Members, it is unlikely that any tickets will remain.

Q. Which Internet browsers can I use?
A. The Online Box Office currently works with most major desktop and mobile browsers.

Q. Why are the dispatched tickets being sent via Special Delivery?
A. We have been advised by UEFA that there will be no duplicate process for this game. Special Delivery is trackable online and gets proof of delivery, including a signature.

Q. What is the cost of Special Delivery?
A. The cost will be £6.60 per booking

Q. Can I track my Special Delivery?
A. An email should be sent to the lead booker containing a tracking number?

Q. I have made a booking online and want to change the address details?
A. We will not be able to make any changes to the booking once the purchase is complete.

Q. What is different with the European Cup Final to the standard domestic Cup Final policy?
A. For previous Cup Finals we have received allocations of in excess of 25k - 30k, compared to the 6k allocation for this final as a consequence we have had to make adjustments for this fixture due to the significant reduction of the ticket allocation.

Q. I live outside of the UK, what delivery option should I choose when booking my tickets?
A. Please select Collect at Emirates Stadium, we will hold these tickets for collection in Baku.

Q. Do I need a visa to travel to Baku, Azerbaijan?
A. Yes, if you are a British national travelling to Baku you will need to apply for a visa to enter Azerbaijan.
Here is a step-by-step-guide to organising your visa:

E-VISA ONLINE APPLICATION

  1. Complete the online application on the Asan Visa website (https://evisa.gov.az/en/).
  2. Make the online payment - the cost is 23 US dollars.
  3. Download and print your e-visa.

Q. Why have you chosen me/my booking to collect tickets in Baku?
A. The Club will randomly choose a number of supporters to collect their tickets in Baku in order to validate the information provided at the time of booking and ensure that tickets are not being passed onto third parties.

Q. How will I be notified if I have been selected to collect my ticket in Baku?
A. The Club will contact supporters who have been chosen to collect their ticket in Baku.

Q. My booking has been selected for collection in Baku and I booked tickets for other people - can I collect their tickets if I bring along a copy of their valid ID?
A. No, each individual supporter must collect their own ticket along with their ID and collection email. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Q. What ID is required to collect tickets?
A. Each supporter must provide a copy of the collection email and either of the below;
Valid passport
Valid photocard driver's licence
National Identity card

Q. When can I collect my ticket in Baku?
A. Details of the location and collection times will be communicated in due course.

Q. I paid the Special Delivery fee, but I have been selected to collect my ticket, will I receive a refund?
A. Yes

Q. What travel information do you require?
A. We require mode of travel, arrival and departure dates/locations and accommodation if applicable.

Q. I cannot complete the travel details as do not know how I am travelling yet?
A. Please advise us of your intended travel plans.

Q. Why is the Club's allocation so small given that the Baku Olympic Stadium capacity is c 68,000?
A. This is a UEFA competition and they have set the allocation.

 

Arsenal Football Club will not take any responsibility for any financial losses due to lost, destroyed or damaged tickets. Nor will Arsenal Football Club take responsibility for any financial losses due to tickets being stolen, lost or delayed by the Post Office.
